Refund policy

• M.S. Trading Company does not accept returns or refunds 
  on any product once delivered, except in cases of 
  manufacturing defects covered under warranty.
• If you receive a defective product, contact us within 
  48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at 0310-2243828 with 
  photos or video of the defect. We will arrange a 
  replacement or repair at our expense.
• No returns for change of mind, incorrect orders placed 
  by the buyer, or products that have been used.
• Orchid 300L products carry no warranty and are 
  not eligible for replacement under any circumstances.
