Refund policy

  • M.S. Trading Company does not accept returns or refunds 
    on any product once delivered, except in cases of 
    manufacturing defects covered under warranty.
  • If you receive a defective product, contact us within 
    48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at 0310-2243828 with 
    photos or video of the defect. We will arrange a 
    replacement or repair at our expense.
  • No returns for change of mind, incorrect orders placed 
    by the buyer, or products that have been used.
  • All Orchid products carry 6 months warranty.
  • All Eunsung SilverStar products carry 1 year warranty.
  • Promotional bundle deals cannot be combined with discount codes. Only one offer applies per order.
  • Video Review (10% Off): Valid on your NEXT order after submitting a genuine product-usage video (minimum ~20-30 seconds). Applicable on ONE (1) single product only, ONE TIME per customer. Not valid on bundle/deal offers or bulk orders.
