Shipping policy

  • M.S. Trading Company delivers nationwide across Pakistan 
  • Delivery time: 2-5 working days after order confirmation.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on all orders.
  • Our team will call you asap for your order 
    to confirm delivery details. If we cannot reach you 
    by call, we will send a WhatsApp confirmation message.
  • Orders are dispatched from our warehouses in 
    Karachi and Lahore.
  • Free delivery is offered on all retail orders placed through www.mstradingcompany.org
  • Wholesale, bulk, dealer, and trade orders are not covered by this retail delivery policy. Delivery terms for bulk orders are agreed separately at the time of order confirmation. For wholesale enquiries, please contact us on WhatsApp: 0310-2243828.

  • DISPATCH & CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) POLICY

    • Daily Dispatch Cutoff: Our daily dispatch line closes at 12:00 PM (Noon) PKT. Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the next working day.

    • Strict COD Agreement: By placing a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, the buyer enters a binding commercial agreement. M.S. Trading Company pays courier fees upfront to dispatch heavy machinery.

    • Zero-Tolerance for Refusals: Any customer who places a COD order and refuses to accept the parcel from the courier without a valid, documented reason will be permanently blacklisted. Their details (Name, Phone Number, and Address) will be blocked in our system to prevent any future business with M.S. Trading Company.
